Nikki, our vegetarian and vegan chef, spent many years in the UK running her own veggie restaurant. Nikki has put together a great selection of tapa's and a 3 course dinner menu. All the food is delivered directly to your accommodation and can be pre-ordered before you arrive in Montecorto for your cycling holiday.
Your vegetarian and vegan cycling holiday would be based in Montecorto either at one of our townhouses or the villa.
With Nikki's help we have also put together a comprehensive list of vegetarian and vegan friendly restaurants in this area. Whilst we are out cycling we would also stop at tapa's bars which have vegetarian and vegan options, where possible.
