Your deposit is payable upon booking with the remainder being paid six weeks before your holiday.
If you book less than six weeks before departure full payment is required at the time of booking.
Airport transfers to/from Malaga, Jerez or Sevilla Airports

How it Works
Send us an e-mail or complete the 'Request Form' below with the dates you want to travel. We will check availability of your chosen dates and respond via e-mail, normally within 48hrs, with prices of the accommodation that is available to you. We will hold those dates for you for 10days at which point we will contact you again to either continue with your reservation or free those dates for other clients. If you continue with the reservation once we have received your deposit, which should be paid within 10 days of making the reservation, we will send you a reservation confirmation.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
All bookings with Andalucian Cycling Experience shall be subject to the following conditions:
1. DEPOSIT - Advance booking is necessary to reserve places in Andalucian Cycling Experience tours. A booking will only be confirmed once a £100 deposit per person has been received by Andalucian Cycling Experience . Any participant who withdraws after a firm booking has been made shall forfeit his or her deposit.
2. FINAL PAYMENT - Final payment is due no later than 6 weeks before your cycle tour begins. If this is not paid Andalucian Cycling Experience reserve the right to regard the booking as cancelled and the participant will lose his or her deposit.
3. CANCELLATION
(a) Cancellation of a booking by a participant is only effective when received
by Andalucian Cycling Experience in writing from the

We recommend that you take out travel insurance upon booking to cover you in the event that you have to cancel.
(b) Andalucian Cycling Experience reserve the right in any circumstances to cancel the cycle tour and in this event will return to participants all monies paid. In no case except for reasons of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural and nuclear disasters, fire, technical problems to transport, closure or congestion of Airports or ports, cancellations or changes of schedules by scheduled Airlines and similar events beyond the control of Andalucian Cycling Experience will your cycle tour be cancelled less than two weeks before it begins.
4. LIABILITY
(a) Andalucian Cycling Experience are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delay or any other matter beyond their control. Participants should insure against all such possibilities and are required to sign an ACCIDENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM upon arrival, prior to the tour commencing.
5. TOUR PARTICIPANT - Andalucian Cycling Experience reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any participant as a member of any cycle tour if his or her conduct is disruptive and affecting the enjoyment of other participants and Andalucian Cycling Experience shall be under no liability for any extra cost incurred by such a participant as a result of their doing so.
